Tutorial 

Things you need.

1. T-Shirt
2. Fabric Paint *Michaels
3. Pencil
4. Plate
5. Scissors

1 Cut the bottom of your shirt off  about 8 or 9 inches wide.
2 Trim off the hem
3 Cut open the tube to make one long strip of material
4 Cut the ends to make the fringe. Then stretch out your material

 Put the paint on your plate.

using your eraser, dip it into the paint

 and make your dots.

all the way down the scarf.

 let the dots dry for about 4 hours, before you wear

and 24 hours before you wash it.
